Center and drill a 7/16-in. hole in the upper plywood square (B) and hammer in the tee nut from the topside. Screw the machine screw through from the other side to create the pivot point.
Center and screw the bottom plywood square (B) to the topside of the lazy Susan bearing and screw the third square under the bearing.
Nail or screw together the 3/4-in. plywood base from parts D and E, then nail or screw the bottom plywood square on top of the base to join the spinning frame to the base. Screw the 10-in. pegboard strips to the frame.
